The Shift is a much talked about non-existent physical place that is a buzzword in spiritual circles. The Shift is neither here nor there but rather a transitional point in time. We are living and have lived for centuries in what is termed a 3 dimensional reality. We are moving, or so it is rumored, into the 4th or 5th dimension.

The 5th dimension is the goal, the promise of The Secret. The 4th seems to be an intermediary resting place. Not quite so challenging as the 3rd dimension but not as wonderful as the 5th. My Angels explain the 4th dimension to me by saying its like getting Bs in school. Its fine. But As are better.

The idea is that by purifying our thoughts and by releasing our pent-up anger and pain stuffed into our lower energy centers or chakras, while still maintaining our niceness and integrity, we will be able to cleanse our energy in our body and field. This is supposed to make our physicality light enough to move us into the 5th dimension.

The idea is to learn to forgive ourselves for our myriad of mistakes. To learn to forgive our parents and our abusers for their injustices to our bodies and souls. Once weve got that down and actually mean it, then we are ready to let the Light of the Divine fill us and move us into what we think of as enlightenment. By this time we are filled with Love and have the concept of forgiveness activated so we actually believe we are all One. Trust and love will supercede judgment of others.

Whether you remain in the 3rd dimension, slide into the 4th where your life seems so much smoother, or you glide into the 5th where you are in you are holding and shining the Light for the planet, is completely up to you.

Enlightenment in the physical body occurs through your willingness to change your behavior. You will still be a physical being in a human body while the change within you reflects a loving and forgiving heart.
