 Some years past, I suffered a great loss.

Today, I am not the type that easily give up. If I have a goal, or if something is imperative for me, I go for it, and I concentrate all my power in obtaining it. When tragedy hit me three years ago, I looked after help, and I discovered it in movies, books, and in a single comment on a blog post.

First of all, the film The Secret had come out. I ordered it, at watched it over and over again, each time learning something new from it. I even got the audio book, and listened to it, when ever I could. I learned how gratitude was a very vital element, maybe the most essential part, if you wanted to live a content life.

Dr. Joe Vitale had written about Hooponopono, and I adopted the therapy in it, and used it as often as I could.

Besides those two sources, I read everything else I could about the Law of Attraction, and manifesting miracles. Still I would have those sad moments overwhelming me, where I would cry and be sad. Even though I told myself to quit, and that I would only attract more unhappiness, it was hard to stop crying, when my world had broken down.

One day, Dr. Joe Vitale wrote a blog post that impressed me. It was about obtaining your goals by letting go.

Well, but if you desperately want something, how do you just relax and let go?

Dr. Joe Vitale answered with two words:

Love & Trust

From then on, when ever tears threatened to poor out of my not quite innocent eyes, I thought about those two terms: Love & Trust.

Yes, you have to feel love about the thing or person, you desire to attract.

Yes, you must trust that things turn out for the better for you.

When you slow down, feel love, and feel trust, that is when miracles happen.
