The symbols used during puja means human can now to be connected to the gods. This icon is not the deity itself; rather, it is believed to be filled with the deity’s cosmic energy. Therefore people can focus praising and communicate with God during this spiritual exercises. This shows you have loyalty to the gods that are worshipping. This just likes you are looking after your little brothers and sisters, parents or friends. It is also like playing with God, like a child plays with his toys. This is a ceremony that can be completely personal and brought into your own home. Many of us have icons of saints or deities in their homes already.
